# DataForGEO API

> DataForGEO asks one prompt across several AI search products, returns the answers, and computes GEO metrics for a brand (mentions, citations, recommendation rank and more). Usage is billed in credits. Base URL https://api.dataforgeo.dev; authenticate with the x-api-key header.

Engines: chatgpt, gemini, google-aio, chatgpt-api, gemini-api, claude, perplexity, grok. Up to 8 engines × 10 samples per request.
